Chicken wings/thigh's/drum sticks, ribs, oxtail, etc etc...?!

Question: I want to know...

Does anybody eat the cartilage of chicken wings/ thigh's/drum sticks/breast? How about when you eat ribs?

What about the soft and chewy gelatin parts from oxtail? Just clean it all off till its "bone dry"???

Or do you all find this "gross" and discard these pieces?

*** Oh btw ***
And just a quick question I would like to ask for those that answer yes...

DO you feel like you are only comfortable doing this at home or in company of close family/friends?

But less comfortable eating like this in public like say at a restaurant?

I eat those. And I am not at all uncomfortable. I think that you shouldn't let anybody prevent you from doing what you want. and I love those jelly-like things.eat it all.

the gelatin near the beef bone is very important in cooking. it is needed in the most important recipes. use it to make stocks, sauces and demi glace.

a) I don't eat the chicken cartilage.
b) I don't eat the gristly parts, but I do eat the marrow.
