I use frozen strawberries & peaches and frozen yogurt, add some milk & a little bit of sugar. And maybe half a banana. They are sooo yummy.

The easiest smoothie recipe in the world is strawberries and ice, and maybe sugar if you have a sweet tooth. Some people also mix in bananas and orange juice. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen berries instead of ice (or ratio it. Depends on your taste.) I don't advise putting apples in a smoothie.

If you're in the mood for a smoothie with dairy, use milk or frozen yogurt depending on your taste. Regular yogurt tends to make a smoothie somewhat sour, and ice cream is more flavorful than the options I said so it may disrupt the flavor of the fruit.

Though this doesn't fit your simple list of ingredients, my favorite kind is mango. I once made a smoothie with mangos, mango juice (you may not want to do that; the stuff at Safeway and whatnot is crap, so you'd have to go to an Indian restaurant to get the good juice--if you decide to, I reccommend Mazaa) and frozen strawberries. It was heaven.

I realize I'm not giving measurements, but I find that it's best to experiment to find what ratios work for you.

I got a ton. Let me know how you like. =)
