How good was i eating today?!


Question: im 12 and almost 13 but anyway my eating for today was
breakfast: cereal w/milk and a glass of water
lunch:ribs and cole slaw and a little popcorn left over from a few days ago.
dinner:pasta w/ marinara sauce and extra parmesan cheese.

i dont eat like this reagularly but i just wanna know on a rate of 1-5 how good was that?1=best 5=bad

and i play soccer competatively so i work most of it off and i dont watch MUCH tv but usually a little and im also not a computer fanatic.

It's good you're playing soccer and not watching that much tv. You're really too young to be overly conscious about what you eat. Just make sure you don't eat too much junk food- all the drive-thrus, chips, sweets, fried stuff. Try to have plenty of fruits and veggies. The only vegetable you had is from the cole slaw and you really want to choose dark colored vegetables. You didn't say what kind of cereal you had - you can look at the nutrition label and see how that cereal compares against others. There's a tremendous difference between cereals. Drink reduced fat milk and add fruits and veggies and you'll be just fine.

i would give it a 3 because you need more veggies.

i dunno but not too good just because you've had no fruit or veg really but its good that u do exercise

Your only 13yrs old, dont worry about what you eat just yet, the menu above is just fine-3 meals a day!, and stick with those sports.

I'd say a 4. The only protein you had was not very lean. And you didn't have any fruits or veggies apart from the marinara sauce. Plus, you need to get some fiber in there. Try eating a few more fruits and veggies and make sure you're getting activity, and you'll be ok.

Don't worry about how are you eating today and tomorrow until you are fifteen-sixteen. You're too young yet, you need to eat anything you want to eat without thinking about your weight... Just mind to eat vegetables and fruits a bit more.

3. You need to eat some fruits and vegs. Try fruit with your cereal and add veg to your pasta.

i would give it 3 because u need a real good food for this age because this age is the stage of growing to be a teenager.
