Do any supermarkets/ butchers offer carving courses?!

Question: Or am I imagining things? I seem to recall that Tesco offered a carving course one Christmas. Has anyone here been on one of these mysterious events?

I believe Williams- Sonoma has a technique class for knives. You can also try the local cooking school for a specialized class.
