fruits contain a natural sugar, fructose that is found in fruits. It still provides carbohydrates in more o a healthy way.
It acts different than sucrose, the common sugar found in chocolate and sweets.
It is recommended to have sugar intake through fruits.

i do the same thing but i think its good for you because it gives u an energy boost
yes i think so because of the energy and it has vitamins in it !!! which are good =]
If you're diabetic, then better keep track of your in-take, because fructose or not, it's still sugar. But if you don't seem to be having any problems with your sugar level, then I think it's pretty much okay.
