Answers: I gained 3 lbs last week from eating junk food again. ):

do you drink a lot of sodas or any kind of liquids? some of a persons weight gain is from fluids, sodas, sweetned teas, coffee...............
also if you watch what you eat very closely you will find that some foods actually help to maintain a good metabolism which in turn helps to burn the fat and calories.
if you take what it is your craving from the junk and find that same thing in a healthy food it will kill the biggest part of your cravings. the other part is ALL mental. if you dont mind it dont matter. we are creatures of habit and habits can be changed.

have a piece of fruit nearby ready the curve the sugar jones

A glass of cold water always keeps the hunger away for me.

Fresh fruit, frozen grapes are really good!!

You should buy snakwells cookies , they taste like chocolate junk food but they're completly fat free and only 50 calories each , one of theese evry time you need something sweet is sure to work ( limit your self to about 4 a day , it will help your weight loss.)

Get all the junk food out of your house and leave only vegetables. I know it doesn't sound good, but you could kill the cravings that way.

Chew a piece of gum for the quick sweet taste and then have some fruit and water!

I got the same problem... eat a bit and you eat more... There are many way to stop that... Your craving the taste... so get addicted to something good for you... with taste you have smell... keep a piece of lavender near by and smell it when you crave...

Hope that helped

It's the same for me, find things like apples to replace your junk food snacks. The good thing about apples is they take a while to eat so last longer than say a chocolate bar.

Try also healthier cereals like cornflakes and cheerios (ie not cocoa pops ^_^) and you can get like cereal bars and i find getting packets of dried fruit like cranberries/apricots helpful because they are quite sweet like alot of junkfood

Eat lots of fruit, drink lots of water, warm water, like tea is a good way to deter cravings.

Also, try this:

Take a chocolate graham cracker, top one half with nonfat cool whip, and make a sandwich with the other half. Freeze it, and it tastes just like an ice cream sandwich! (If you are familiar with Weight Watchers Points it is equal to ONE point... that is really good!)

Good Luck!

It is a habit. Do not have it around. Drink plenty of water and have a few healthy snacks or none at all. If you get use to just eating at meals then you will not have a problem unless you get out of your routine.

Start eating natural sugar like in strawberrys , or start a new craving in fruits or veggies.
