Does food products really show all of the ingredients to nutritional value to help inform consumers?!

Question: I think that some companies do not give that much info that would consider consumers health. what do you think? For example, does coca cola zero really have zero calories?

YES.
Yes...Coca Cola Zero really has zero calories, but is probably made with nutrasweet.

Sometimes, ingredients can be deceiving IE: in Snapple & those kind of drinks, the 1st ingredient is fructose=sugar!
However, they do have to put ingredients with 1st ingredient being the most plentiful....& then decreasing in amt as you go down list.

yeah.. its required by law

If it's made in the US, it probably does show all the ingredients... mandated by law, subject to inspections, etc.
