Question: Ok
so i'm trying to be healthier because i find myself getting a lot of stomach aches, especially in the morning and at night but it's hard with all the temptations in life. ( I'm 12)

This is what I usually have during the day

Breakfast: none
Lunch:
Turkey sandwich with cheese lettuce tomato and pickle/ pizza/ pasta
Any of the above with chocolate milk and an ice cream sandwich
Snack:
Smartfood w/ mountain dew/sprite
Dinner:
pizza/ pasta/ chicken/ wutever my mom makes
Desert:
Cookies and Cream Ice cream



Also, It would be good to be a little slimmer for the upcoming summer

One of the best things you can do is eat 3 meals a day (that means breakfast) and avoid sugary soft drinks. So for your snack, switch to a diet soft drink or water.

I also dont' see you eating much in the way of calcium food sources: dairy, mainly. Do you like yogurt, cheese, milk? Eat all those in lowfat versions.

Exercise more. Swim (not just play in the pool), walk, or ride yoru bike each day.

you should stop eaten so much ice cream i had an ice cream problem when i was 7

First, you really need to have a breakfast, even if it's just yogurt or a banana. I would try to stay away from pop and not as much ice cream. Just run/work out a 2-3 days a week and you'll see results. Also, if you do crunches each night, that will help flatten your stomach (though you need to run some too).

To be slimmer just be a vegeterian. And don't eat desert.

dont eat so much desert! geese! u should only have one desert a day. i have breakfast lunch dinner and desert not all that! lol. wow gurl. eat a little less and u will look fine. =]

you should not skip breakfast, and your diet could use a little more fiber, which may help your stomach aches. I usually start the day with a good bowl of oat meal, a half cup of quick oats with a cup of water, add some sweetener and some raisins three minutes in the microwave and you have a hearty breakfast .that will keep you regular and make it a bit easier to resist the temptation of snacking on the unhealthy things. and a good breakfast will give you energy and boost your metabolism.
