Soda and mentos pop help plz?!
Answers: i am gonna pop a bottle of soda using mentos what kind of soda should we use and how much of it and how many mentos should i use? i have 4 mentos and 1 litter of coca cola.
It has to be diet coke and Mentos. 4 mentos will be fine.

ADDED INFO: If you use Diet you don't have to shake it. Just put the mentos in all at once and step away fast. We found out Diet Coke works better in my science class. We tried Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr Pepper and Mountain Dew. The Diet Coke worked the best.
It doesnt just have to be diet coke, it can be normal, i did it i put in the full packet of mentos into a bottle of coke and shook it

We used a whole pack of mentos and 2 liters of diet coke. Keep your face out of the way, it really shoots up fast.
If you want a big explosion get a 2 liter bottle of diet coke and a roll of mentos. Put the entire roll in the bottle and watch. Its kinda cool.
