I'm looking for the perfect lemonade?!

Question: I have a juicer...and about 20 lemons.. my guess is that it's a good start..lol Anyways, I do not like real sweet lemonade, but I don't want it to be too tart. I'm looking for a recipe that makes a light tasting lemonade with a slight hint of mint. I do like some pulp.. but not globs of it. So.. I am in search of the perfect lemonade recipe. Thank you, and Happy Easter!!

To me this makes a perfect lemonade! It's the only way I make it!

2 cups sugar
1 cup hot water
2 cups fresh lemon juice
1 gallon cold water
1 lemon, sliced
Mint sprigs, for garnish

In a 1 gallon container, place sugar and hot water, and stir until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice and cold water to render 1 gallon. Stir until well mixed. Pour lemonade over glasses of ice, squeeze slice of lemon on top of each, and garnish with a sprig of mint.

make a simple syrup (1cup water, 1cup sugar bring to boil, and stir until sugar is completely melted, let cool,) squeeze your lemons, add sugar mixture a little at a time until you get the taste you want.
