Answers: And does it have any nutitional benefits?

I eat it - its a bit hairy and sour though... dont know about extra nutrients but as Maggie Thatcher said "The goodness is in the skin" - I also eat orange peel and lemon peel.

no...

no, i don`t think it would be any benefit to your body, it may even do you some damage, baby!

i do cause i couldnt be bothered to sit there with a spoon scooping it all out i guess it has nutritional benifits its fruit

yes i do, high in vitamn c in particular, good roughage too

sometimes I eat it, it helps to wash of some of the excess fur.

I mean ya you could eat it but I am not sure that it rly has hany nutrition in it

sure....just give it a try

I have tried it and it is sour. Like the skin on a plum, but hairy. I like kiwis, but only eat them when I go out to eat.
They are too much trouble to peel.

I have always eaten it until the folks in work told me I wasn't supposed to.

I can't see why it is bad for you, as long as it's cleaned beforehand :)

No, just cut it in half and scoop out the inside.

A friend of mine eats them whole. She maintains they are good roughage and she gets more vitamins that way because they are stored so closely under the skin that if you peel them you lose some of the goodness. She rinses them first. They contain potassium, vits C, A & E, the crushed seeds make Alfa Linoleic Acid (essential fatty acid Omega 3). Have been linked to reducing asthma in children and colon cancer. A potential allergic reaction in some people is caused by a protein dissolving enzyme 'actinidin'. Can cause itchy rash in mouth and wheezing and collapse in more severe cases. My friend has to watch what she eats as she is allergic to wheat, but kiwis are fine for her.

not the green kiwifruit. The yellow golden kiwifruit is ok.

No.

No I don't; the insides are delicious, but the skin makes me think of a shaven monkey

As forthe nutricious benefits; I dont have a clue I'm afraid

i'll pass lol! But you can tell me how it was lmfao!

I've seen some people eat it, but I don't. Bit too hairy for my liking. Probably just a bit extra roughage, but the fruit inside is plenty healthy enough for me!

NO
