one of my relatives works at a major chicken plant there in USA.. (I wont divulge the name).. and he absolutely refuses to eat chicken now... hahaha!
says everything left over, buts, necks, combs, any dangly thing.. claws.. etc.. goes into a huge vat with tons of spices to hide any weird flavors and its pressure cooked, ground up. and comes out in a huge squishy glop.. pre shaped, pre baked, breaded and sent its happy way to you as a consumer..... EWWWWWW!....
note: have you ever on occation bit into a chicken nugget and got some hard bit, you absolutely couldnt place?.... well now you know.. it might have been a chicken toenail... hahahaha!

and yes.. as the person above states.. hot dogs are made the same exact way

feces...but that's all meat.

chicken, water, splenda, salt, you mama's chest hair, and yellow #4

well take a good look at the meat in a nugget..... kinda looks like a kitchen sponge.. rite? now think about a chicken cutlet... which would you rather eat?

It depends on where you actually get them from. If you get them from McDonalds then they are probably not made of REAL chicken. By-products are usually the ingredient for mass fast-food chain nuggets. LOL sorry but I really think that's it. Of course, this is not to say that there isn't real chicken in some chicken nuggets. It just depends on where you buy them from. Check out the documentary, "Super Size Me."

chicken, flour, water, some sord of emulsifier (lecithin, egg), salt, oil, spices, etc.

it's processed meat
kinda sick to think about, but still really good!

left over chicken parts i guess

sawdust

Mechanically separated, spiced, heavily processed pressed chicken parts formed into a "nugget" shaped patties and breaded. Beak free, normally.

They make chicken nuggets just like they make hot dogs and bologna.
They take all the left over chicken parts and grind them all together, add some preservatives, bread them, and there you have it - chicken nuggets.
Keep in mind, when I say chicken parts, this includes organs , skin, and stuff. Thats why the meat doesn't shred/string like breast, leg, thigh meat.
Check this link. It shows a very CONSPICUOUS chicken part:

CK was spot on about the texture of the chicken. A book called "Fast Food Nation" by Eric Schlosser will enlighten you no end. A host of artificial flavours, emulsifiers (the hideous soy lecathin), processed chicken pieces-the gizzards, gristle, any specks of meat leftover. Synthetic substances with just the correct amount of chicken smell to release its perfume when you bite into the neatly stamped piece of chicken. And the packaging on the inside of these large boxes of nuggets frozen at -32c for months contain real evil chemicals to prevent spoiling at v low temps. awful. Lasly, the chickens used in nugget production are old egg laying hens with awful life stories. Same with hamburgers...old dairy cattle not consumable or worth a penny all end up in your meal.

Nothing I would want to eat, that's why I don't eat them. I also read "fast food nation" and now no longer eat at McDonald's.
