Is there a secret to disolving cinnamon in milk?!
does anyone know the secret to make this work!?
Answers: i found this recipe on the back of a chocolate package which invloves adding a bit of cinnamon and vanilla. the only problem is that i cant get the cinnamon to disolve into the milk. i tried heating up the milk first and then adding it, but it didnt work... the cinnamon ended up sinking to the bottom. then i tried heating up the milk, stirring in the cinnamon and then heating it more but that didnt work either... the cinnomon ended up clumping together to make a massive cinnamon ball!

Cinnamon doesn't dissolve in milk (or water, for that matter). That's why people usually sprinkle it on top of anything, otherwise it will end up in the same way you experienced. If you want to add cinnamon flavor to milk use a whole cinnamon stick instead of powder. Either add it too the milk while you heat it up and remove it before serving, or place it in the mug or glass you want to serve it in and use it as a swizzle stick. Good luck. Enjoy.
Yes there is - but if I told you, it is no longer a secret. That or I just don't know.
Ok Ok. The trick is to add a little bit of honey.
Cinnamon won't dissolve. It is ground bark from a tree. The best you will do is to stir it up, but it will never dissolve.
Cinnamon is not soluble in milk. It ain't gonna work. You need a thicker liquid that will hold the cinnamon in suspension. But it's not physically possible to dissolve it.
what you could do is take a small amount of butter and mix it with sugar and cinnamon. Melt the mixture in a microwave and pour it into milk like a syrup. Just be creative! :)
