Can you make cream out of milk you buy in a supermarkert?!

Question: No. Cream is separated from raw milk, so by definition you can't get cream out of milk. If you're asking about whipped cream the answer is still no. Milk (even whole milk) doesn't have nearly enough fat to form whipped cream. You may get it to froth (similar to what you get on top of your cappuccino) but because of the lower fat content, it can't maintain the structure for long and it dissolves into plain milk after a little while.

Why not just buy cream?

no

What comes out of the cow
FIRST is the thick cream.
It is then pasteurized and
separated and the cream is
pulled off and the rest is sold
as skim/1% or 2%.
When you buy WHOLE MILK, it is the cream, mixed
with the (can't think of the right word), then homogenized (blended together).
