Small black spots on wombok cabbage - is it ok to eat?!

Question: They are mainly on the white crisper part and they're on almost every leaf - are they normal?

Answers: They are mainly on the white crisper part and they're on almost every leaf - are they normal?

I would advise against it, the black spots are a sign of bacterial growth and since they have already spread to most of the leaves and not just a couple, I wouldn't dare eat it. Some light discoloration does not discourage me, but over all coverage of BLACK spots is not fit for you my friend, I'm sorry to say. I hope you don't need this for your Easter Dinner tomorrow. Good luck.

try it and let me know. if i don't hear from you by tomorrow... i'll know to bin mine!

no its not OK to eat! it could be out of date!
