lots of liquid. go to bed and it will all be better in the morning.
lots of people eat worse than that and still survive.
you are being way too SOMETHING. I can't come up with the word I want, but don't obsess about food so much. I ate a huge bag of Cheetos, and the next day, they were all gone.

Yep, lots of water. Just don't buy any tomorrow, then you won't be able to eat any. Or you could eat them until you puke, then eat somemore. That'll put you off :-)

Your problem is that you were so tempted you went overboard. You should have just eaten some when you first wanted them. Anyway, just drink some water and you'll be fine.

definitely lots of water!!!

Say three Hail Marys and beg for forgiveness.

Don't you know Gluttony is one of the Seven Deadly Sins?

Put the amount that you think you should eat into a bowl, and put the rest of them away. That will help.

I'm going to guess you were eating them and watching television or were on the computer. That is mindless eating. I'll try and find a link to it for you http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/diet.fitn...

dont eat chips and drink water eat fruit please just do it just do it

Yeah well, what can you do? We all slip some times and you really shouldn't beat yourself up for it. You ate the chips because they were tasty. Just jump back on the bandwagon tomorrow and eat healthier than the day before.

Good Luck!
