Crispy but no so it becomes brittle, in a sandwich with some fried mushrooms. I insist on at least four rashers per sandwich.

I prepare my bacon on the griddle. I like it greasy, and cooked so it's cooked, but not crispy. No sauce! It masks the flavour! I want it to make my bread soggy with grease. Yum yum yum. You silly vegetarians ....My b/f doesn't approve of the greasiness, but if something's gonna kill me, might as well be goooooooooood lol

Brown and crispy sometimes and the salt taken out of it cause i don't like it too salty as you should know too much salt is good for you it can lead to high blood pressure.I like the fat crispy to.
