Not grains- think of all the stuff you'd be missing! bread, pasta, tortillas.
Dairy- i dont know if i can give up that cheese
Veggies- They are so good for you though!
Fruit- no, i would never.
Meat- I cant let go of my chicken and turkey!

I am just gonna haveto go with veggies. =(

Meat.
It sounds really tough, espesially for big meat eaters. But I have been giving up meat for lent for the past few years and it is hard at first, but after a while it gets easier. I like fruit and veggies too much and I am a sucker for saving animals.... so I would become a vegetarian.

I have to agree- and today, with the availability of meat substitutes you may not miss it so much. Although for me, it would be a sacrifice to not have my beef jerky! but I could not live without bread, dairy, and fruits and veggies- so meat would have to go!

Grains.

I love Meat, Fish, Cheese and Chocolate and of course dinners would be boring without Veg or Fruit....

i would probably get rid of sugar and salt because meat has protein in it so it is good for your body and plus if you don't eat sugar you won't get fatter and it's better for you. (and i always fast meat for lent)

I'd get rid of dairy...sorry i love chicken waaay too much to give it up and veggies and fruit are delicious.
