Have i eaten enough today?!


Question: Breakfast/lunch consumed from waking at noon until 3pm: a small serving of leftover lasagne. two cups of tea, each with one sugar. half an easter egg. one bowl of special k with skim milk. water.

Dinner: two little homemade burgers without bread with 3/4 of a potato and peas and corn and ketchup. two cups of tea each with one sugar. water.

i don't know i never really consider food i eat when im hungry full stop lol

Yes, I think yo have eaten enough today.

If you are still hungry, then eat. Eat a salad or a piece of fruit or something. If you keep yourself hungry because you are afraid that you are eating too much, then your body is going to think its starving and hold onto every calorie it gets.

I don't think that's enough, the average daily intake of calories is 2500, and I exceed that intake and am in good shape. I think you need to eat a little bit more.
