A "Mexican Hat" that they used to serve in our elementary school cafeteria (in the 70s, they weren't concerned with political correctness, btw). I was a slice of greasy fried bologna with a scoop of hardened mashed potatoes covered in hardened cheddar cheese. By the time they served it to us, it was always cold. It was the most disgusting thing I have EVER attempted to eat and I was actually quite happy about barfing on the lunch lady's shoes when she tried to force me to eat it.
Oh . . . and I forgot to add that it is significant that alot of answers involved McFast food and said relations . . . Report It

    Jello was fine and so was the whipped cream topping but putting the whipped cream on the jello made me puke.

    Once I went to McDonalds and they had pizza (it was like an experimental thing, I never saw it there again) and it was really bad. I ate it and couldn't keep it down. And I should have known better anyways, pizza at Mickey D's? I was stupid!
    Indian food. Last time I ate it, I got food poisoning. Never again..
    I didn't barf but I almost did after eating taco bell.
    Once after i ate pizza from a place that has (had) the best pizza. Pizza and Italian food is the worst food to throw up!! So, I haven't eaten there since and I miss it actually!!
    Bratworst can't stand the smell either anymore

    it was when we went to this sushi restaurant, and we had many different raw fish, and the only one that made me barf was the octopus. that was disgusting.
    Cheese Fries w/ Hawaiian Punch Blue in High school it was a hell of a nighmare.

    I know people will think I'm crazy, but right after I ate Blue Bell's cookie dough ice cream I barfed. I was so disgusted by the cookie dough, that I refuse to even eat raw anymore!
