Easy HEALTHY simple meals??!
Answers: please give me some easy healthy low calorie meals i can make, thanxs everyone :)
Grilled chicken breast (no skin), with a lightly dressed salad and steamed new potatoes and veg.
Or, with steamed new potatoes (again) but with olive oil-roasted peppers, carrots, onion, regular veg etc.
Scrum!
Grilled salmon with new potatoes and Broccoli.
A stir fry is quick, healthy and filling, stick lots of veg in it and some chicken or something. add a bit of soy sauce and its lovely. takes about 5 minutes to prepare and cook.
Heathiest meals are the easiest to fix. No grease splattering!
In fact, it's faster to steam some fresh veggies and broil steaks to go with them, than it is to go to a fast food place, order your expensive greasy take-out food and drive home with it.
To bake, steam, barbeque, boil, grill, sauté with broth or juice, or microwave are all healthy ways to prepare food. And don't forget raw! Salads are great?
