One sushi roll
And orange
Dinner:
Steamed fish and vegetables
1 slice of toast + Pumpkin soup (no cream or milk)
Drinks:
Lots of water
1 skim cappucino

Yes you ate really well..make sure you continue to drink lots of water..maybe subsitute the coffee for a herbal tea and if you feel hungry eat some more vegetables and fruit.

For the most part you ate fine. You might not want to continue eating that much fish because that can be bad for your health and teeth. Exercise wise, if you want to work out that long, you should eat things with more calories and carbohydrates, otherwise you might begin to feel dizzy. Even if you are trying to lose weight i recommend you eat more calories! Other than that, you're doing great. It's always a good idea to eat lightly throughout the day!

I think that it is a very good meal. At lunch, also eat a ham and cheese sandwich. Omit the bacon at breakfast and replace it with a poached egg. Eat more savoury stuff at dinner.
