Not sure if anything you eat will last till 12, but if you grab something between you should be good. So if you have a bowl of cereal, OJ, and a piece of toast in the morning, then mid day have a piece of fruit - like grapefruit or an apple you should be good to go.

Oatmeal, fresh fruit and a glass of milk

Cottage cheese or yogurt and an apple

in a plate you lay out some bacon -ZAPP IT in the micro for 30-sec's by this time your toast is toasting and your pan is hot enough to fry some eggs -put your eggs in the pan reach for your toast and butter drop the bacon in the pan to crisp plate your eggs ,add jam to toast ,plate the bacon AND EAT !! plus or minus 12 minutes ! eat and go .... so if not then get up at 6.....................

try wheat toast and peanut butter, and some milk, skim to be healthier..its the only thing that keeps me full till lunch. maybe you can put some fruit in there too if you want.

oatmeal and milk...pop it in the microwave 90 secs whatever.. and top with fresh fruit or honey whatver you like
or some fruit bread and yoghurt
or toast with peanut butter and fresh fruit
smoothies are also pretty fast in the morning

oatmeal, piece of fruit, yogurt
