Why do they call them "spare" ribs?!

Question: Are they extra? Does the cow live? If the moon were made of them would you eat it?

Pure entertainment! The cow will live! Spare ribs are from a pig which won't live when after the total rib cage is removed, the "meaty" upper back ribs (baby backs)are cut from the top of the cage, left is the middle or "spare" ribs that have the lower (belly) portion removed (rib tips). The moon is made from green cheese, everybody knows that, because the world is crackers.

Hey, if the moon was made of bbq spare ribs would you eat it? Its a simple question, just say yes and well move on. My friends call me whiskers cause i'm curious like cat.
If your eating his ribs then no he is not alive, hopefully.

I don't know. Maybe that's not an English word. Or an old English word that's been bastadized.

Maybe because they are extra... lol. Maybe they were trying to make a cow and they had too many ribs....

'cause there is (a) spare amount of meat on them.

The spare rib comes from the rarely seen genetically altered cow of Inverness Florida. The farmers here are crazy man, you should see the farms...It'll make the hair on your arms stand up! They have extra ribs on their thighs and to remove them you don't have to kill them, they look like RIB WINGS on their legs man! When they try to run the "rib wings" slow them down because they act like a parachute, and that is what the evil farmers of Inverness want! But..those spare ribs are mighty good.... And yes, because I love ribs so much, I would eat the moon if it were made of them! lol hope u enjoy this, it took me a little bit to think it all up!
