Answers: Hey, On Easter with my candy basket I got 2 Packs Of America's Choice Gumballs, I Always swallow gum, and in an hour or two i ATE the whole bag of gumballs, chewed for 5 seconds, then swallowed. I Ate the whole bag of like, 50 Gumballs and the serving size was 2 Gumballs. And I Just Did The Same About 5 Minutes Ago, And Now I Feel Funny In My Stomach! PLEASE ANSWER!
First, stop eating gumballs. At least until your tummy feels better.
Now, you might have to call a doctor and you might not. If you really need to poop, and can't you may have what is called a blockage or obstruction. Also call a doctor or even go to the emergency room if you feel really really sick or weak. This is not a big problem for gum swallowers, but most gum swallowers don't eat 50 gumballs in 5 minutes either.
Don't believe folks when they tell you it'll be stuck in your throat or stomach for 7 years. Under normal circumstances gum will pass harmlessly from your body undigested, just like corn and peanuts.
It could in some cases cause an obstruction. You must be able to pass your bowels. If you do not in reasonable time do so, contact doctor.
you should call a doctor and ask them..search for one in ur area
It'll probably get out of your system in time, ignore the myth that gum stays in your stomach for years because it doesn't
hehehe lol sorry dont panic thats probably just all the artificial stuff in them =) chewing gum digests just as quick as any other food its just a myth that it lasts 16 years or whatever it is
if you start dying then i'd advice you to call an ambulance =)
but dont worry i swallow them too

FIRST, you should STOP swallowing gum. That's never a good idea. Is this a problem? If so, you should go see a docter and see how you can .... stop ..that habit. Also, you definitely should consult a docter asap. 50 gumballs is ridiculous. I freaked out after swallowing half a piece of gum.
The gum will be stuck to your throat in 7 years from now. I happened to me before.
I have a dirty mind.
Oh No! Don't believe that the myth is a myth. I am a RN and see this sort of problem almost never. You have to go to your nearest ER ASAP and will need an enema.
HEHEHE, Have fun.
Gum does not digest! You may need to go to the doctor.
