What types of cow consume by most people?!

Question: meat is usually produced by beef type cattle. There are 2 types of cattle, ones used primarily for milking which are the black and white cows called Hostiens. Also Jersy, Brown Swiss and a few others fall into this catagory. They are tall and rangy and skinny looking but usualy have huge udders and are excellent milk producers. Beef cattle are heavy bodied, and don't usually have large udders and grow heavier. these include Hereford, Angus and others.
