How much you need depends on you.

And your rant about reporting people does NOT make sense and it is rude to ask a question and threaten to report people. OOoohhhhh scary!

8 glasses a day

I drink about 1 gallon a day mainly because I work out everyday. When u have a fever the doctors always tell u to drink plenty of fluids only to keep you from getting dehydrated.

you can get much information in this website, kindly stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time

The 8 glasses a day is a myth.

It all depends upon your activity level and any medical conditions.

If you're thirsty, then drink water. Your body is telling you that you need water. That's plain water...

8 Glass a day (debunked)

The formula is an easy one to remember...and not everyone needs 8 glasses a day.....it depends on your 'weight'.... You need to take 1/2 ounce of water for every pound of body weight...so, if you weigh 100 lbs. you need 50 oz....or, just slightly more than 6 glasses....now this is for normal activity...if it's really hot or you are exercising then your body needs more to compensate for the sweating....

8!

as much as you want drinking water has nothing to do with body temperature.body temperature is regulated by your overall body health
