And yes, they do have pork, that is a crispy piece of bacon sandwiched between the cookies and not the creamy filling it appears to be.

but, to answer your questions...oreos have sodium in them, not necesarily salt, and no there is not pork in salt either.
sorry to disappoint, but salt is made up of sodium chloride and iodine components. NOT PORK. There is nothing added to salt for flavor.
