What is the most unusual/interesting food you have eaten?!
Answers: I have had eel (from australia) it tasted like a mix of chicken and fish! I would not eat it again!! Whats the most unusual thing you have eaten, n would you eat it again? I also like cream cheese and peanut butter sandwiches!!
Unusual? Definitely would have to be a cockroach sandwich. I was a teenager and it was a required "delicacy" to be able to join the club I wanted to be in. Would I do it again? NO WAY!
there is a food festival once a year in the area i live up in and once they had alligator on a stick! it was fried and mostly fat, i took one bite and was done with it...

in Australia we are really into eating our native animals, its kinda wrong.
Kangaroo is really common, you can buy steaks from the supermarket so i've had that lots of times.
But i thought it was a bit weird when i ate crocodile sausages. They tasted a bit like a mixture of fish and prawn meat.
i'm not much of a wierd food connoisseur, but i've eaten raw beef (served at a restaurant!) and duck (it's greasy..but i'd eat it again.)
and if you're not familliar with mexican food, menudo has tripe in it, which is the stomach and intestines of pig, which i tried once. now that is something you have to get used to. i probably will avoid it as much as possible from now on
oh, and the best things to mix is peanut m&m's with popcorn!!
Eel, cow tonge, quail eggs, baby octopus, shark, alligator...escargot, fish eggs, sea snail.
I just had cous-cous, and it was tasty actually. It's not too exotic. Just call me uncultured.
that would be a tie between alligator, or rattle snake. both actually did taste like chicken, but gator is really chewy. snake seemed to have a bit of a acidic like taste to it, kinda almost like a hint of gin, if i remember correctly.
if you're not Filipino.

i've had smoked emu, raw crocodile slices, and roasted kangaroo tail. now i'm waiting for the gov to give the go ahead for koala's then i would have eaten all the common aussie animals!
also horse meat in italy, elk in norway and had an assorted animal hearts platter in brazil.
Forty-nine years ago, I ate the worm from the bottle of Mezcal. It was the single worst culinary experience in my life.
I've eaten crocodile, and as far as insects:
Chocolate covered ants,
Bbq grasshoppers (surprisingly yum)
Bbq grub (chewy inside)
Tequila worm (smoky but surprisingly better than I thought it would be)
Gator-It's not bad, well to me, taste like fried pork chops, but it is something I wouldn't eat again even though I did like it. I don't wanna touch it!
