i know that if you use quail eggs your cake will be black, creamy, and have the weirdest flavor.
It will taste yuckie, if you bake with a duckie . .duck eggs have a fishy taste . .draw your own conclusions. Stop fussing and go buy some regular eggs.
duck eggs are quite strong in flavour and i have never eaten a peacock egg, but poultry is poultry and i dont think it will taste much different.
duck eggs are much larger. you wont need as many. otherwise the same.
as far as i know using duck eggs are stronger but the taste will be richer . Meaning that the cake will be moister and sweeter than chook eggs Yum yum
