I love thai food...pad thai with tofu, my very favorite : )
That's hard to answer because there are so many! It might be Thai Coconut Curry soup or Everything Lo Mien in Chinese. I also really enjoy Chicken Tikka Masala in the Indian cuisine.
But sometimes, just plain old spaghetti with Italian sausage is my favorite too!

This is tough. I love middle eastern food, and I absolutely love Japanese. If I had to eat unagi rolls for the rest of my life, I would die happy.
I love Korean foods, it's hard to pick a favorite.
I'll start with Kimchee, Kimbob, Japchee, Bulgogi, Bean sprouts, all serve with hot, sticky rice.....ummmmmmm!
.......and I almost forgot.....Yaki mundo.
I agree with Sugarbee...except I would add Bi Bim Bab, Jab Chae, Pa Jun, Ja Jang Bab and on and on and on.... :)
