When I open a can of pringles, why can't I stop?!
Answers: I eat at a snack in the afternoon... I watch ESPN or sports show, then I just keep eating and eating... I'm telling myself I'll stop when the can is halfway finished... then I look in the can and there is only 5 chips left.. so I just finish it off and drink 2 cups of water and feel like crap... how do I stop?
I have the same problem.
This is what has helped me: Before you start eating, take out only as many chips as you want or plan to eat, and put them in a bowl. Then put the original container, with leftover chips, back in the pantry. You'll eat less when you're not eating out of the original container (see source).
Don't start to eat them. I know the feeling, I ate an entire can once, and thats all I ate for the day. I felt like turrrrrrrrrd. Never ate them since. Now, I eat cucumber slices, as chips, when I get the munchies.
don't buy any
u cannot stop it
Don't buy any and replace it with fruits
Stop buying pringles because once you start you can't stop. They are too moorish
wen ur really full grad a few tins a few empty too. sort them out and hide them in a cupboard. wen u snack take on tin out (half coz u halfed them b4) if u dont hav enough tins, get brown paper lunch bags tie them up and put in the fridge a hidden area
Just DONT BUY PRINGLES. :)

Hello.
"Why can't I stop?" is a question that has plagued me and others for a long time, especially when it comes to Pringles. ;-)
I agree though with the people who suggest trying other snacks like cucumbers or fruits. Other suggestions may include Low Fat Triscuits or saltless peanuts (although I must confess that the salted one's taste much better). Since peanuts have protein, they may also help curb your snacking appetitite.
It is an adjustment trying to get used to eating healthier snacks (and food in general), but once you start doing so you will feel better about yourself. Ultimately, you may find that you actually enjoy eating cucumbers or saltless peanuts for snacks. =-)
Hope that helps.
try eating before the show or just get a few out and put the lid back on the can....will power
how about the smaller pringle tubs i have the same promblem with then pringes
Because they contain lots of monosodium glutamate, which is a flavour enhancer ( and is also not good for your health in large quantities !! )
