What is your favorite pastry?!

Question: Mine is baklava! Oh my it is so good and hard to find fresh. My ex was arabic and his family made it often. I wish I new a local bakey around here who sold it homemade. I was at a bakery downtown and I bought some but it wasn't fresh and it was almost frozen at the time I bought it. Very dissapointing! And all the other bakery's in my area are Haitian and none of the stuff they sell looks good.

I never met a pastry I didn't like! LOL I do love bakalava too and it's best when it is fresh. You could try making yourself, but it is time consuming (I've tried it once).
