People are naturally more drawn to more reddish fruits in nature as they usually have higher sugar content and will therefore taste sweeter. If a fruit is red it often also indicates that it is ripe and again, therefore sweet.

Red sweets are therefore often more popular, as people enjoy the flavours of red fruits and berries such as strawberries, rasberries etc. Most people know that the red sweets are likely to be strawberry flavoured for example (a popular and tasty fruit), and therefore many people will prefer this flavour to the more tangy/less sweet flavours of lemon or lime for example.

I like the red ones best too! lol xox

red is always my fave... anything that tastes like strawberrys is my fave, weird tho coz i dont actually like real strawberrys lol

duh...because its always either strawberry, cherry or watermelon flavored, and they are sooo good!

I think that the red dye has more sugar in it, so anything red would naturally have more flavor.

My favorites are actually purple :D

i think red is only best sometimes, like jolly joes are purple and good and those green n white spearmint skittles were realy good.

i like red as long as it's not cherry but i really like black cherry flavor. i think it's all in my head but i usually save any red candies for last since they are usually my favorite as well.

red is either cherry or strawberry... the other flavors are usually citrusy... maybe your not into cirtus im not

because it is good
