Hi hi,

It depends on height and weight. But for 15 yrs, if you are not too huge, and in normal day (not under the sun, nor play sport), 2 litres will be fine.

For me, at 1.78m, 80 kg, I take about 3 litres per day. If I am playing sport or jogging, I will increase to 4.5 to 5 litres.

Regards,

Mel

About 8 glasses.

2 Litres.

At least 8 glasses , which is 64 oz, which is like 2.1 litres or something, so yeah, I'd say 2 liters would be a good guideline.

Females are recommended to drink about 2.2 liters of water a day, but this can vary depending on your activity level. The more active you are, the more you will be able to drink.
Even with little to no physical activity though, the more the better. Your overall health will benefit from drinking plenty of water.
Check out the article I referenced.

it does not depend how old are you,it is all the same amount=about 3 glass of water every hour and it means 8 glass a day,it not healthy drinking only two glass and maybe your skin will be so dry and will not be slight and skinny

Two liters a day is the recommended amount. If you can get into this habit now, then it will be easier to follow thoughout your life. Stay healthy!
