Plz help breakfast issues!?!


Question: Ok, so i HATE breakfast!!! I hate all the food included. Eggs, bacon, biasquets (however u spell it) all that crap!!! I been lien to my dad sayin Im eatin at skool. Plz help. Like is there anything that is like idk, good? stuff besides the regular. Plz answer. I appriciate this completly!!!

You're not alone if you don't like breakfast. A lot of people share that feeling. What kinds of food do you like? Fruits? Meats? Bread?Are you going for healthy or yummy taste?

How about a bagel? You can top it with just about anything! Try butter, cream cheese, ham, turkey, or swiss and a tomato? PB&J sound good? How about grapefruit with sprinkled sugar on top and a piece of hearty toast? Quaker Instant oatmeal (lots of variety)? Muffins? Buy a box of muffin mix at the grocery store and make yourself some quick muffins for the week. Have you ever tried a tortilla for breakfast? Wrap up cold turkey and cheese, grab an apple and you’re on your way. Or just an apple and cheese? Add crackers.

If your side hurts, it's probably because you're not eating enough and your body is going in overhaul mode to recover.
Eat what sounds good to you. But eating breakfast will set you up for the day. Without it, your body will struggle to get to lunch and you'll be wishing you had something in your stomach.

try a bowl or cereal or a muffin or frozen pancakes or frozen waffles maybe even some fruit and peanut butter


heat the frozen stuff up obviously

toast with peanut butter and a banana

english muffin with jam

cereal

poptarts

ya don't have to eat "Breakfast" foods for breakfast

eat what ever you want / can
when you want / can

hey I can't eat breakfast no matter what food it is it's too close to waking up for me

You can eat anything for breakfast it doesn't have to be breakfast food. Eat a turkey sandwich, or a cheese sandwich. Eat a banana and toast. Eat a piece of left over pizza. Or eat any leftovers from dinner the night before.

If it hurts to eat (as you claim), then you really need to go see a doctor-- it could be a sign of something serious. The reason you hate breakfast may be related to the fact that eating is not pleasurable to you. Eating should not be this way, so please visit your doctor and get a check-up.

You need breakfast to get a good start on the day, especially school age children. However, you obviously need it more than most.

lol, i dont mean to sound rude but are you anorexic?

well my breakfast/lunch/dinner is much different from all because all i eat is protein since im on a workout 24/7 and a wrestler in training.

but from my point of view what you should do is every night is make yourself a really good fruit salad,
strawberries
peaches
rasberries
kiwi..etc.

and seal it in a bowl overnight in the fridge.

nothing like cool refreshing fruits in the morning.


do it everynight. dont be lazy =]
its all worth it in the morning.
it is sweet delicious and absolutley proper.

Have some cereal. Get one that's not too sugary. There are alot of cereals out there that are good for you like cheerios, shredded wheat, etc.
Or go to the health food store and get chocolate soy protein mix. My 13 year old son drinks this every morning. Just use according to directions (mix with milk or water...whatever you like best....milk would be better for you and break up a banana in pieces and add to it. Get one of those hand mixers in the kitchen section at walmart, target, etc. Mix it all together. Protein drinks are very, very good for you. Especially if you are very active.
If it hurts to eat......you've got problems and you need to go to the doctor.
If your mom is talking about anorexic and that is what you have than you REALLY have problems and you need to go to the doctor ASAP. Anorexic is when people don't eat, you get very sick, and you can die a horrible slow death. Your body basically eats itself because you are not giving it the nutrients that it needs to survive.
Don't skip breakfast, it is the most important meal of the day.
Anorexic people look disgusting. Like disgusting skeletons. Do you want to look like that????? I'll answer for you..........NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!

Eat something you would normally eat for other times of the day, such as something for dinner or lunch, like a sandwich, noodles, or chicken.
