If you mean, Toronto, College street west pass Bathurst St. has some very nice Italian pastry shops
Rivera Bakery is the name of the shop. Also Duffet also sells good stuff too, but a bit high. I'm not sure you will find it for $30. Most cakes are about 50-60. for the size you are asking for. Good Luck.

there is a greek bakery at Kennedy and Progress...called Elite's great cake!! there is also a wonderful bakery in Highland Creek Villiage in Scarborough.
