Need to vary my diet?!

Question: All I've eaten for the last 2 months is bananas. I know they're good for you and I do eat them in different ways (sometimes i fry them, sometimes I chop them up, sometimes i eat them slowly, sometimes i liquidise them), so this means my diet is varied and there shouldn't be a problem. But i think my skin is turning a bit yellow. It might be my imagination, so i've tried eating other things, i just don't have the appetite for them any more. Is this bad? Do you think I'll turn yellow?
