One package of sugar free Jello and grapes.
Dump the package of Jello ( just the dry mix) into the grapes in a large bowl. Mix it thoroughly until all grapes are coated with the Jello. Eat.... very healthy and very good.
Any flavor of Jello works but I like the lime Jello on the green seedless grapes

I'm quite fond of Plain unsalted peanut butter spread over Apple Slices. it's Fast and it has the added protein and carbs needed for a nice boost of energy =D
blueberries. they are the best fruit and are full of antioxidants which prolong teh ageing process. and they are yummy.

An egg. Over-easy, sunny-side-up... whatever your preference is, they can be made very quickly, I've got them all to under a couple minutes when I want as many as three. They give me great protein. Good luck!
