I have to admit mine is Life (plain) mixed with cheerios and some sort of oats and almonds. This is great for big kids at heart who are trying to lower their cholesterol like me. Mine went down from 215 to 157 total! Try it kiddies, that and oatmeal (maple & brown sugar, puleeze!) and salmon at least 3 x's a month is the trick.

I like wheetabix. With yoghurt NOT milk and sugar. The milk makes it soggy and the sugar makes it gritty. The yoghurt sweetens it just enough and it stays crunchy til I'm done!!!
