No, you did nto over eat. Need to up your protein intake a bit. Add some at your evening meal to help keep you from getting hungry at night.

Improve breakfast a LOT! Cereal and fruit or juice.

You need a better diet. Honey, pretzels are not a good choice for breakfast. Try something like oatmeal or whole wheat toast with jam. What kind of rice are you eating? White rice is not a good choice, either. Choose brown rice with nutrients in it. You can have salmon, fish, and lowfat meat like turkey. Try more fruits and fresh vegetables and salads. Beans and peas have fiber. Tea is a good choice to drink and soy drinks. But, you are limiting your diet too much. Eat three good meals or six smaller ones. You can cut down on the portions to lose weight, but eat healthier.

no just be comfortable with ur self

No ur find u need some protein tho. maybe some meat maybe like 3-4 times a week and the rest have baked or boiled beans. NOT REFRIED. and eat dinner a little later. and dont eat as many carbs (RICE, bread, potatoes,)

Do not eat pretzels for breakfast
Quit obsessing over your weight
Try exercising
