every day i eat chocolate...it is said that if after a meal you eat even just a small mint, that the sugar in it gives you metabolism a boost causing you to burn calories from the meal quicker. It also will help you feel LESS full.

I always have some cookies but I usually eat them before dinner.
I eat Oreo cookies and milk or ice cream pretty often, but probabaly not daily.

No ... I try to save it for when I am dining out or have the time to make something really nice. I think if I am going to eat dessert, I am going to make it something special and worth the extra calories!!
I love a nice bit of cake or pie with a cup of coffee after dinner ... best way to relax after a long day at work or running around doing errands and cleaning!
