The raspberries in my fridge starting growing a bunch of white fuzz, what is happening?!

Question: I left the raspberries in the fruit compartment of my fridge for aobut 1 week, which didn't seem like to long, but after I checked back the whole bottom of the raspberries' box had a ton of gray fuzz-like stuff, and the raspberries were growing it themselves. Does anyone know what this is?

Mold is growing. Something you might think of is a seal a meal. Vacuum the air out and they last longer.

it's mold. plain and simple.

It's mold. Berries get moldy really quickly, raspberries only keep in the fridge for a couple days.

MOLD- - - pitch unless youu want to continue a really gross science experiment!!! If you don't eat them right away and find you are wasting them- try the frozen ones- they are pretty good and you can take them out when you want them!

Mold or fungus. Don't eat them, you could get sick.

Try one and tell me how it tastes

its mould ,,, they are starting to decay

It is the sign to toss them out!

Mold darling. :)

yes i do raspberries sometimes don't go in the refrigerator but u can at times the reason why is because they're not originally made in Texas so they're not used to cold weather they are originally from Mexico
