First because is moist and micro-organisms do well in damp environments and second because it's an biological organic medium, providing a perfect feeding ground for the micro-organisms.

because meat have all almost all micro nutrient needed by most of micro organism.

I think not meat, any sugar container is a good medium for micro organisms.
As far madness is concerned, everybody is mad at one or the other situation in their life.

Meat contains more protein. Protein and protein when converted to sugar is prone to the growth of microbs.
