Answers: I let it cool. Items that are hot place in the fridge will cause your fridge to run longer, to try to maintain the temp it is set at.

It's better to let it cool because then there won't be such of a contrast when putting it in the refrigerator because it might get messed up sort of like a cold front coming into a warm front [weather-wise]
