Though I can add what reported for Italy is incomplete: you must be 16 years old in order to get served alcoholic in public places, but no minimum age for drinking is set by law.
Answers: In some Countries there isn't a limit of age, in some other Countries drinking alcoholic is forbidden.

Philippines. They breastfeed their infants at 3 minutes old.
.
It ranges from (Technically) 0 to 21.
Some countries have no minimum age limit so you can drink whenever (Most surprisingly, China is the biggest one here with no limit, also Portugal, Poland and Thailand to name a few more)
Obviously the US has the highest limit (A massive 21!) but I'd be willing to bet money that somewhere like the Vatican City has an unwritten rule about drinking of a certain age.
Also, It's worth noting that the states has many exceptions to the "21" age limit, and it's quite legal to drink from 18 in a lot of different cases.

The United States has the highest at 21, but in the Middle East drinking is illegal, so maybe that is the highest.
The minimum in other countries is No Limit.
If your talking alcohol U.S. is 21 but Germany is only 16. That's all I know of.
The lowest is 0 (no limit). The highest is the USA (21 years old). In some countries, alcohol is illegal entirely.
