Never had a coconut marshmallow, but I'd sure be willing to give one a try...or 2 or 3 or4.....

Plain old funky has always worked for me, be it over an open flame, on yams, or perhaps in the melty things girl scouts are so fond of making.
Now if my grand daughter will just reach that age :-)

I have never tasted toasted coconut marsh mellows before tho.
