What have you eaten all day?!


Question: :-) I woke up at 12 noon so I didnt have breakfast.

For lunch I had a sweet potato and a little margarine.
For dinner, I had a caesar salad, 2 small toutons, and a banana :)

I also had an orange and green tea for a snack

how about you?

2 cups coffee w/silk
vegetarian tofurky slices on potato bread w/mayo
2 glasses fruit smoothie w/some malibu banana rum
1 & 1/2 vegetarian chick patties cooked in cream of mushroom soup w/vegan parm cheese and bacos
White rice
oh almost forgot I also had a piece of Banana chocholate chip nut bread that I made fresh today w/ a glass of silk
water

now I'm going to go get some more water and a glass of red
wine and call it a night.

Gosh I ate a lot so why do I still feel hungry??

mashed potatoes and gravy
longevity noodles
sweet and sour pork
sweet and sour chicken
beef lo mein

Breakfast: Timmy's french vanilla and a croissant
Dinner: Burger, granola bars, and a pear.

I had 2 corndogs (dipped in ketchup and yellow mustard), a slice of braunschweiger, curried basmati rice with shrimp, peas, and cilantro, and a butter lettuce salad with Champagne vinaigrette, feta, and pecans.

Only the rice was healthy.

I had a cup of frosted flakes-dry
a bottle of water
2 english muffins with butter

Lunch

2 california veggie rolls- in rice paper, cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, avacado, romaine lettuce with a sweet chi sauce
1/4 of a turkey and cheese sandwich

Dinner nothing yet

I did have 6 small oreos as a snack earlier.

Water off and on all day.

woke up at 2 so i didnt have breakfast either.. soda, bacon, sour power straws, lamb shanks, mashed potatoes, chocolate layer cake.

Waffles for breakfast

Kinda skipped lunch, got up late this morning

Had a banana and some trail mix as a snack

Will have split pea soup for dinner.

Breakfast:crosaint, banana
lunch: fallafel, pita bread, ruffles

Woke up at about 1. Huge load of pancakes for breakfast, skipped lunch, I didn't get hungry until 6, and then we went out for dinner.

I have a fast metabolism, according to my doctor, so I eat all I want. Wewts!

2 donuts (bad I know)
Egg salad sandwich. Pizza rolls.
Chocolate bunny from easter.

I've been sick, so I made some chicken soup and ate that all day.

Brkfst was whole wheat peanut buttered toast with raisins and banana

Mid morning snack: 1 slice cinnemon raisin bread with cinnemon sugar and half a granny smith apple

Lunch: Papa Murphys veggie delight pizza, glass of 1% milk and a side salad with sundried vinnegarette dressing

Mid afternoon snack: 1 c home made pretzel chips and 2 tablespoons roasted garlic 5 spice hummus" homemade recipe" and an 8 oz glass of apple juice

Supper 2 Carne Asada steak Tacos with pico de gallo salsa, and spicy mango apple salad, glass of milk and a handful of celery, green peppers and carrots with ranch veggie dip

Dessert is gonna be 3 chocolate chip cookies with a big glass of milk to dunk them in.


I dont eat like this all the time but I sure do try. There are definalty days when I eat plenty of junk and Im not gonna lie about it.

To Carblue: honey if there where leftovers sure come on over. But there usualy arent sorry, have a roasted cinnemon apple turnover instead fresh from the oven. Oh do you want carmel sauce on it?

Breakfast-Yogurt & Raisin Pretzel w/ glaze
Snack-Salted chips
Lunch-Small bowl of clam chowder, then blueberry yogurt
Dinner-Jerk chicken & steamed veggies

I also woke up late. LOL

Lunch: Veggie Burger (Omega 3 bread, veggie burger, vegenaise, mustard, and pepper)

Dinner: Pita Pockets stuffed with Tofu "Egg" Salad

Dessert: I'm making Vegan Chocolate Chip Bars in the oven as we speak.

Goddamn, I need some fruit and veg!!

Breakfast: Corned beef and scrambled egg / hot chocolate milk

Lunch: Fish and veggies

Snacks: Donut

Dinner: Spaghetti
