What is better...a strata or a quiche? And what is the difference between the two.?!

the stratta is more of a casserole, with or without bread, or sometimes potatoes in place of bread. the quiche is more of an egg 'tart' with a crust. you can pretty much put anything in either. i like them both equally, it depends on how good it is. nothing worse than a soggy, liquidy quiche, for example.

~ Stratta is a sphear,,,,,,,,,strattasphear,,,,,,,,,qui... is like , everyone is doing it,,,a quichea',,,,,,,,,,,,actually a quiche is baked in the oven,,,,,,,,,,,,Stratta is cooked on the stove top.......I think??? I dont know,,,,,its all eggs..........think their both about the same as for being good for you,,,ummmm,,,,,,did ya forget about egg beaters?? hmmm hmmmm did ya.????????????????????????/
