Healthy kid snack recipes?!


Question: i have to get two healthy kids' snack recipes for school by tomorrow.
i searched, and searched. and i can't find anything that would appeal to me, and kids.
(we have a healt fair coming up, and i'm in charge of getting snack recipes that myself, and fifth graders would eat that's healthy.)
please, no websites, can you give me some recipes?
like ones with fruits, like a frozen banana smoothie, or something.

Fruit Kabobs
Get some wooden kabob sticks. Cut up variety fruits into small pieces, halve strawberries, use different colors of seedless grapes.

Slide them onto the kabob stick. Sprinkle with a bit of lemon juice to keep the colors bright (especially if you use bananas)

Make fruit dip to go with them if you want, use mixer to combine 1 part low fat cream cheese with 2 parts cool whip until smooth.

Suger-Free Jelly?? It mainly water so it's pretty good for you and all you have to follow that instractions on the pack!! >_< 1 pint= 6 servings and you could add fruit to it to make it more intreting!

Ants on a Log - simply fill celery with peanut butter, and sprinkle with raisins (if there are nut allergies, you can use cream cheese)

Frozen Chocolate Covered Bananas
Makes 4 servings

2ripe medium bananas
4wooden sticks
1/2cup low-fat granola cereal without raisins
1/3cup hot fudge topping, at room temperature

1. Line baking sheet with waxed paper; set aside.

2.Peel bananas; cut each in half crosswise. Insert wooden stick into center of cut end of each banana about 1-1/2 inches into banana half. Place on prepared baking sheet; freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.

3.Place granola in large resealable food storage bag; crush slightly using rolling pin or meat mallet. Transfer granola to shallow plate. Place hot fudge topping in shallow dish.

4.Working with 1 banana at a time, place frozen banana in hot fudge topping; turn banana and spread topping evenly onto banana with small rubber scraper. Immediately place banana on plate with granola; turn to coat lightly. Return to baking sheet in freezer. Repeat with remaining bananas.

5.Freeze until hot fudge topping is very firm, at least 2 hours. Place on small plates; let stand 5 minutes before serving.

What about mini wholemeal pitta breads? These can be filled with sliced bananas, raisins, grapes, jelly - anything you like.

You could also have a savoury plateful too - hummous, tahini, cheese - with all kinds of salad foods like baby tomatoes, small pieces of cucumber.

These have lots of colour and kids love them. They can also hold them easily and there is no need for any washing up of plates or cutlery.

that is really simple and deliccciouss :-) (if you're from the UK you're probably more likely to know what angel delight is!)
baked apple is also good, although the cutting out of the middle could be a bit tricky... and the brown sugar might make the kids hyper.
